How do I confirm my place at Candan House ????

Simply print out, complete the application form below and send it to the address stated on the application form with a payment of £375.00 (Advance booking fee of £280 plus £95 administration fee). The advance booking fee (£280) will then be used as a proportion of the first months rent at the start of the tenancy.

Upon receipt of the above a place will be reserved for you and should you later withdraw you will lose the booking fee of £375.
