Greenstead House was built by the University of Essex although has been privately owned since August 2003.

The extensive complex offers various sized rooms ranging from Single to Double sized rooms with en suit bathrooms.

Greenstead house is in extreme ideal location situated directly opposite Tesco, the main supermarket which all students use. The road outside Greenstead house is also on a major bus route which connects the University of Essex to Colchester Town.

The complex is a friendly and secure environment to live implementing many security features.
