Each student wishing to stay at Greenstead House will need to sign a Tenancy Agreement, Tenancies are booked from 1st September each year for a minimum period of 11 Months.
Termly Paying Returning students who sign a new 11 month contract will get the Month of August absolutely Rent Free !

Please Note: The student will be asked to sign the Tenancy agreement at the same time they request the key for their room.

Before any keys for the room are handed over the Tenancy Agreement must have been signed.

All occupants must be in full time education.

Late bookings will be accepted, if places are available. Should Greenstead House be full, then we will hold a first come first served waiting list.

Please note that once we confirm a place to you and should you later withdraw, you will lose the advance booking fee and administration fee.

In the event the landlord agrees to cancel the Tenancy during the Term which shall be entirely at the landlord's discretion and not, 'as of right' the Tenant will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one month's rent.

In the event of the Alarm being set off falsely tenants will pay a £25 charge.

In the event of a bounced cheque tenants will pay a £10 charge.

In the event of a tenant Locking themselves out (Outside office hours) there is a £10 charge.

There is a charge of £5 to replace Lost Keys.

There is a charge of £5 to replace Lost security Cards.

In the event of paying rent after the due date there is a late payment charge of £25.

There is an administration fee of £95.00 payable at the start of the tenancy, even for returning students.

For the option of paying monthly there is an additional administration charge of £55 required in advance.

There is a fee of £10.00 for each credit card transaction.

Failure to take up occupation could result in your being liable to pay a storage charge of up to £20 per item per calender month if any possessions are being stored

Any belongings left uncollected by the end of October without prior agreement of Millennium Investments 2000 Ltd will be removed and disposed of without further notice.

Monthly room inspections will be carried out on the first Tuesday or Wednesday of each and every month by the Landlord or his representatives.

Millennium Investments 2000 Ltd reserves the right impose a reasonable penalty as it sees fit against any student whose action and behavior causes concern for health and safety of other students.

Another important point is that we will only hold a room until the 5th of October, unless prior arrangements have been made for late arrival, otherwise the allocation will be deemed cancelled by the student and the room will be reallocated to the waiting list due to the volume of applicants we receive each year.
